At Futurelayer Tech, we work to get your orders delivered quickly and reliably. Please read the details below for our delivery services, cut-offs, and more.

Processing Time

A working day is Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and weekends. Please allow additional time during busy periods. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Free Next Working Day Delivery: Available on orders over £100 for customers in mainland UK (excluding Channel Islands and Northern Ireland).

Next Working Day Cut-Off: Orders placed before 12 PM Mon–Fri are processed the same day. Orders after 12 PM are processed the next working day.

Tracking details are sent upon dispatch. Please allow time for tracking to activate before contacting us.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. Free next day shipping is available on orders over £100.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your delivery in real time.

If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost during shipping, please contact our support team immediately at support@futurelayertech.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your order reaches you safely.
